From the very first moment Jill’s voice came through the phone, I believed every ounce of his love that Wes was feeling for her without even knowing her. The actors didn’t just play people that love, they made me fall in love with the idea of love again. Every glance, every voicemail, every moment felt painfully real.
What makes this film so special is that it isn’t simply a romance between a boy and a girl. At its core, it’s a beautiful story about love in all its forms, especially the unbreakable bond between sisters. That relationship hit me just as hard as the romance, if not harder.
