If Murtaugh (Lethal Weapon character) can be too old for this … well you know what, then a non fictional individual (the boy now man the character here is based on) can be too young, right? Well no pun intended as always.
I had no idea about this case – Netflix makes every true crime thing sound like the biggest thing ever. That said, the circumstances … that’s hardcore … and the kid that had to endure this … I am a bit lost for words.
The main focus is about the discovery and the many … let’s call them mistakes that happened back then … a lot of misery created or could have been avoided, but the docu series will explain it better (especially in the last part of course).
Well done and acted and a really good structure … there is also a “real” documentary and not like this a reenactment or whatever it is called – dramatization I think? You can do both as I did … or if you prefer one over the other … that is fine too. I’d probably would suggest the movie … it is shorter too.
