How to Make a Killing 2026 Movie Review
I went into this movie knowing nothing about it. But within the first five minutes, I knew the type of movie it would be and the typical places a story like it goes. It might have helped if it didn’t do the whole “let’s spoil the movie by showing you the ending first.” I likely would have found significant enjoyment from the surprising places it goes.
But instead I found very little surprising. I wish movies would stop doing this. It seems to be most commonly done in order to catch the viewer’s attention. But this caters to the casuals who are checking their phones during the movie instead of the real movie fans who are willing to give their full attention.
I still had a solid time with this movie. I also doubt I’d watch it again. The best attribute is the cast. They all do a great job, but two stand out for me. Margaret Qualley clearly has that “it” factor. And Jessica Henwick continues to be criminally underrated. She’s always convincing. And she can do action scenes. It baffles me that she’s not an A-list star.
